• Teach and put into practice YiLi Art’s original immersive art curriculum, and keep researching children, materials, spaces and new forms of artistic expression together with the team.
• Rethink the role of a teacher amid real materials, immersive settings and open-ended creation — not handing children the answer, but designing a process in which they discover it themselves.
• Work with people who never stop thinking about education. We welcome discussion, experiments, adjustments and fresh starts, because education itself has to keep learning, too.
