YiLi Classroom
Ages 2–4 · Early Understanding & Self-Expression
Starting from the real world, we use immersive themed spaces, playful exploration and hands-on experience with diverse materials to help children build a basic understanding of nature, daily life and the things around them, developing expression and creativity as they observe, explore and create.

Early Understanding & Self-Expression
Ages 2–4 are a critical window for cognitive development, and a time when sensory exploration, symbolic expression and fine motor skills grow rapidly. Following how children naturally develop, our classes take the real world as the starting point for learning, guiding children to gradually build a first understanding of nature, daily life and the things around them through observing, sensing, exploring and doing. Through rich experiences with materials and open-ended creation, children develop observation, expression, creativity and independent learning — laying the foundation for deeper learning in the future.
- Sensory experience
- Exploring in context
- Guided inspiration
Immersive art education is the key way of learning at this stage. We weave interactive installations, situational games and role-play into immersive themed spaces, so children can explore actively and discover freely in real settings. By engaging their bodies, interacting with materials and playing roles, abstract ideas turn into real experiences — learning happens naturally, and creativity grows on its own.
